Madhesh University, Office of the Examination Management, has published the Application Form for the Semester/Yearly Examination. The form includes sections for student details, regular and re-registered courses, examination information and the examination admit card.
Students are advised to download/use the prescribed examination form and carefully follow the Instructions for Students provided in the form.
